Rental Conditions
  • 1. General Conditions
    • All rentals are subject to the terms outlined in the rental contract at the time of booking or vehicle delivery.
    • Luxe Auto Car Rental LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet eligibility or documentation requirements.
    • Vehicles are provided in perfect working condition, and renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle’s condition throughout the rental period.
  • 2. Eligibility
    • The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years, and for certain luxury or high-performance vehicles, the minimum age is 25 years.
    • The driver must hold a valid UAE driving license or an international driving permit (IDP) along with their home country license for tourists.
    • Copies of the passport, visa, Emirates ID, and driving license are mandatory before vehicle delivery.
  • 3. Payment & Security Deposit
    • A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle delivery. The deposit amount varies based on the vehicle type.
    • Deposits are refunded within 21 working days after the rental ends, subject to deduction of any fines, tolls (Salik), damages, or additional charges.
    • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (upon approval).
  • 4. Insurance & Coverage
    • All vehicles include basic insurance as per UAE law.
    • Insurance covers accidental damage only if a valid police report is provided.
    • In case of an accident without a police report, the renter will be fully liable for all damages and losses.
    • Optional full coverage insurance is available at an additional cost.
  • 5. Vehicle Use
    • The vehicle may only be driven by the authorized driver(s) listed in the rental agreement.
    • The renter agrees not to:
    • Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    • Use the vehicle for racing, towing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
      Exceed UAE borders (driving outside the UAE is strictly prohibited).
    • Mileage limits, if applicable, will be stated in the rental agreement.
    • Exceeding mileage may incur additional charges.
  • 6. Traffic Fines & Salik (Toll) Charges
    • The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, speeding violations, parking fines, and Salik (toll) charges incurred during the rental period.
    • Such charges will be deducted from the renter’s deposit once received from UAE authorities.
  • 7. Fuel Policy
    • Vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level.
    • Renters must return the vehicle with the same level of fuel.
    • A refuelling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
  • 8. Delivery & Collection
    • Luxe Auto offers doorstep delivery and pickup anywhere within the UAE.
    • Delivery and pickup times must be confirmed in advance. Late returns beyond the grace period may incur extra daily or hourly charges.
  • 9. Late Returns
    • A delay of over 1 hour may result in additional hourly charges.
    • Delays exceeding 4 hours will be treated as an additional rental day.
  • 10. Accident or Breakdown
    • In the event of an accident:
    • Contact Dubai Police (999) immediately.
    • Obtain a police report and inform Luxe Auto Car Rental LLC at once.
    • Do not move the vehicle until the police arrive.
    • A replacement vehicle will be provided subject to availability and insurance approval.
  • 11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a one-day rental charge.
    • Refunds for early returns are subject to management approval.
  • 12. Maintenance & Cleanliness
    • The renter must take reasonable care of the vehicle and return it in the same condition it was received.
    • Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, interior damage, or smoking inside the vehicle.
  • 13. Liability
    • The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered by insurance.
    • Luxe Auto Car Rental LLC shall not be held liable for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
  • 14. Governing Law
    • All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
  • 15. Company Rights
    • Luxe Auto Car Rental LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • The latest version will always be available on our website.
